Organic Eri 'Peace' Silk Handspun Yarn
 
 
This is a gorgeous silk, with interesting variations throughout. Its natural off-white colour has a subtle sheen that comes through. This silk is one of my favourite weft yarns. It complements anything it's put with.
Last photo shows this yarn used as a weft for a wrap I wove with a double stranded Mulberry Noil warp.
 
A great plying yarn for spinners.  A gorgeous weft yarn for weavers.  Also looks great knitted with another yarn.  
 
Dyes well.
 
Cobweb weight... at least 3000m per skein.
 
Non-superwash.
