Superwash Merino / Linen / Yak Yarn
 
A new blend, this yarn has tones of grey and almost silver, with the warm eggplant colour of Yak, and a hint of tan tones so subtle they can barely be seen.
 
It's 75% Superwash Fine Merino, 15% Linen and 10% Yak, strong and soft and interesting with the depths and highlights of those fibres blended together.
 
I'm about to put it on the loom as a warp for some handspun alpaca that's off-white, tan and black.  Should be a great combination.  I'll add a photo when it's done.
 
Suitable for knitting, weaving, crochet and such. 
Dyed, the animal fibres would take up the yarn differently from the cellulose plant fibres.
